At Le Marais Vintage, we carefully curate one-of-a-kind vintage and pre-loved designer pieces. Due to the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or fit

• Personal preference

• Purchases made during a sale or promotion

• Gift Cards

Please review all photographs, measurements, descriptions and condition notes carefully before placing your order.

Vintage Condition

Our pieces are vintage and pre-loved. Minor signs of age and wear are considered part of the character of vintage garments and accessories. Any notable flaws, imperfections or signs of wear will be disclosed in the product description and/or photographs before purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

If an item:

• has a major fault that was not disclosed before purchase;

• is significantly different from its description or photographs; or

• is not the item you ordered,

you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to these items.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is stated. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced unless required by law.
